Christian freedom is not the absence of restraint; it is the presence of purpose. We are not freed from obedience; we are freed for it.
Grace releases us from sin’s tyranny, not God’s authority. When freedom forgets its source, it becomes destructive. When freedom remembers its Giver, it becomes beautiful.
Christian freedom looks like Jesus with a towel, not a throne. As Christ followers, we gladly bow to His lordship.
Lord Jesus, teach us to use our freedom well. Teach us to walk in joyful obedience and grateful surrender.
